Social Neuroscience, Social Pedagogy and Education

I would not like to dwell on the definition of Social Pedagogy, the reasons for its creation and its priorities. With an internet search one could easily find all the above information, and if not all definitely enough.

I will tell you about my experience as a postgraduate student of this Interdepartmental Postgraduate! First of all, let me mention that my professional orientation is more specific to a teacher who emphasizes the utilization of children's knowledge and experiences, through which the children are called to become masters of themselves, to gain self-confidence, as well as empathy, discipline, self-control and self-awareness and be mentally resilient when situations require it. This is Social Pedagogy for me, a knowledge that becomes an experience and if I could expand it a little more, I would say that it becomes "light". Light in the sense of brilliance and purity that hides every soul and that the Social Educator is called to highlight.

The postgraduate courses are of a high scientific level and provide knowledge of current research around the field of Neuroscience, Social Pedagogy and Education and especially around the interconnection between them, which can be used in many different places.

It is a postgraduate course unique in its kind that meets the needs of the multicultural reality and at the same time equips the postgraduate student with the appropriate tools to meet the needs of modern man.
